1. The service

Lumi Stories provides AI-generated, personalised children's bedtime story PDFs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment & delivery

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your story PDF will be emailed within 5–15 minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us.

3. Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with your story. Contact hello@lumistories.co.uk with your order details.

4. Licence

Your story PDF is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may print it, read it to your child, and share it with close family. You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute the story commercially.

5. AI-generated content

Stories are generated using artificial intelligence. While we take every care to produce age-appropriate, wholesome content, Lumi Stories cannot guarantee absolute perfection in every generated story. If you receive a story with any inappropriate content, we will issue a full refund immediately and use your feedback to improve our system.
